Another good finance and investment site.  I don’t always agree completely with Mike Shedlock’s (Mish) analysis but I do the majority of the time – and I always find his writing insightful and thought-provoking.  Mish’s global economic trend analysis

Every few weeks I meet with one of my friends at a local Starbuck’s coffee.  We talk about what’s going on at a company where we both worked and often talk about various business and management topics.  Today the topic of business models and business books came up.  I’ll write separately about the shift from push advertising to pull advertising, as I see a lot of change happening there with a number of start-up companies doing interesting things in pull advertising.  There are a few finance sites I visit often – sometimes as often as daily:

Seeking Alpha is one of my favorite sites. Seeking alpha has articles about all aspects of investing and a news feed that provides the latest financial news. Whatever your investment philosophy is, there’s almost certainly information there of interest to you.
Another is Old School Value.  The author of Old School Value, Jae Jun, is a value investor. He’s done a great job in creating some valuation spreadsheets which I recommend.
